Plans are in motion for Stokes Grill and Bar’s original location to relocate from the Miracle Hills Shopping Center on 114th and Dodge to the former Ted’s Montana Grill at 137th and W. Dodge Road.
Stokes Grill and Bar is an original concept locally owned by Gayle Carstens of Restaurants, Inc. and Operating Partner, Chef John Ursick who oversees daily operations. Stokes Grill and Bar, which opened in 1997, serves southwestern food and offers an extensive wine selection.
Recently, Restaurants, Inc. added a Director or Group Sales and Catering, Ellen Osborne. Catering demands have increased dramatically. With all our restaurant concepts, adding a Catering Director has afforded us the ability to be creative and resourceful for our clients.
