SPIN Neapolitan Pizza in Papillion has partnered with the Tri-City Food Pantry (www.tricitypantry.org) to help build the pantry’s reserves. Until July 16, SPIN is giving $5 of SPIN PizzaDough to anyone that donates a food item to be given to the Tri-City Food Pantry–the goal of the promotion is to “Fill the Fiat” used by SPIN Pizza.

The Tri-City Food Pantry, which operates out of the Heartland Family Service building in Papillion, served more than 4,000 people last year. The pantry serves the communities of Papillion, La Vista and Ralston. The Tri-City Food Pantry relies on donations from individuals, businesses, schools and churches to continue providing food for those in the area in need.

In addition to non-perishable food items like ramen, jelly and canned chicken the pantry also needs items like Kleenex and personal hygiene items. The pantry is also seeking donations to help fund the purchase of meat and fund the Dairy Voucher program that the pantry utilizes. “Fill the Fiat” donations must be made at SPIN Neapolitan Pizza located at 248 Olson Drive in the Midlands Place shopping area.
