The Sarpy County Chamber of Commerce has announced that they are still currently accepting applications for the 2014-2015 class, which is set to begin in August. This course is designed to expose business professionals to the key challenges and opportunities of the county, develop leadership for each student personally and professionally. From the pool of applicants, members of each Leadership Sarpy class are chosen annually to participate in the program.
During the Leadership Sarpy class sessions, participants will meet with elected officials and successful business leaders in the community, create their own legacy project, be exposed to state and local government and learn the necessary skills to handle crisis and to perform as a leader.
