Revela, formerly known as the American Institute of Management (AIM), recently hosted its 13th annual Success Event.  This year’s half-day event titled, “INSPIRE: Unleashing Possibilities,” was offered at no charge and attended by nearly 200 people from businesses all over the metropolitan and outlying areas on May 2 at the Mid America Center in Council Bluffs.  Event sponsors included TS Bank and FBG Service Corporation, two of Revela’s longstanding clients.

Revela President Andrea Fredrickson led the audience in several exercises designed to generate new ways of thinking, collaborating and communicating.  Ultimately, audience members thought differently about the way they lead.  Revela works with clientele all over the United States with a long history of working with a many industries across the country.  Their approach to instilling sustained improvement in the workplace involves multiple sessions and thorough follow up to ensure new behaviors are adopted behaviors for the long term.
