Lucky Eleven Hospitality Group celebrated the grand opening of its third restaurant concept, PIVOT Prime (pivot-prime.com), on Friday, May 23. Nestled in the Boys Town business district, PIVOT Prime is a French-inspired modern steakhouse that aims to elevate Omaha’s dining scene.
“At PIVOT, we are creating memorable experiences for our guests through exceptional food and service in a modern and elegant atmosphere,” said owners Gregg and Ashley Young. “We are ecstatic to open our doors to the community Friday, May 23rd, and can’t wait to provide the foodies of Omaha with yet another exceptional dining option.”
Guests can expect a sophisticated, modern and inviting ambiance, making it the ideal setting for date nights, business dinners, and foodies alike. The restaurant will feature slow-aged prime cuts, seafood, and seasonal specialties, all complemented by expertly paired wines, Whiskey and cocktails. PIVOT hosts three private dining rooms for both intimate and large gatherings, including The Vault room, where chef selected prime cuts are on display and slow-aged to perfection.
The menu is curated by renowned Chef Partner, Joel Hassanali, showcasing a range of signature appetizers and entrées that highlight his culinary artistry and offering something for every palette.
Guests can indulge in unique starters like the Beef Tallow Candle, served with a selection of chef’s bread and 24-year-aged balsamic, and the Wagyu Meatball paired with a rich Calabrian chili tomato sauce. The standout Hamachi Crudo offers a refreshing take on sashimi with its vibrant blend of flavors and textures.
For a remarkable main course, guests are encouraged to try the chef-recommended Red Wine Aged Manhattan Steak; a prime cut only offered at PIVOT, or the Filet Rossini, a French classic with a modern twist complemented by foie gras butter, toasted brioche, Madeira wine sauce, and fresh truffle. The house-signature Truffle Ravioli is a PIVOT signature dish made with herb ricotta, fresh truffle, cured egg yolk, butter emulsion, and crispy prosciutto, and sure to impress.
