As if two Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers restaurants could possibly be enough to satisfy all the Caniacs in Omaha…

The popular Louisiana-based chain known for its ONE LOVE® – quality chicken finger meals – held its latest grand opening on August 20th, marking the third Raising Cane’s in the Omaha market and the seventh in the Cornhusker State.

Located at 12930 W. Maple, in front of Target and near 132nd Street, the new restaurant kicked off the festivities at 9:30 a.m. with an official ribbon cutting ceremony featuring the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce and a local Boy Scout troop. To add to the opening day excitement, the first ten paying, dine-in customers received Free Cane’s for a Year and the first 100 received a free Cane’s Omaha T-shirt along with a voucher for a free Box Combo!

Founded by Todd Graves in 1996 and named for his yellow Labrador, Raising Cane, the rapidly growing chain recently earned the distinction of being among the top four quick service restaurant chains in the nation for 2014, according to the authoritative Sandelman & Associates Quick-Track study, based on food quality, customer service, cleanliness and other important factors.

The latest Omaha grand opening marks the 229th Raising Cane’s in the U.S. Hours of operation are Sunday through Thursday 10 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Friday and Saturday 10 a.m. to 12 a.m. More information is available at raisingcanes.com.
