Offutt Collision Repair has reached their 2014 goal of 1,000 recycled child safety seats. The staff of Offutt Collision Repair began the car seat recycling program in 2011, and since their dedication to preserving our landfills and educating the community has helped make a huge dent in our local landfill alone, saving 3,000 car seats from piling up. But most importantly, Offutt Collision Repair takes pride in the children’s lives they have helped save by pulling off the street expired and dangerous car seats involved in auto accidents. This program takes dedication from the staff, who will continue to educate and encourage parents to donate car seats to Offutt Collision Repair, and is offered free of charge to our community.
