Lied Lodge & Conference Center is pleased to announce that their Executive Chef Thomas Mckinney-Stehr has recently debuted new lunch and dessert menus in the Timber Dining Room. The lunch menu features a variety of items from wraps to Reuben sandwiches and daily soup offerings, while the dessert selections offer the perfect ending to any meal. These new menus accompany the new dinner menu, which was implemented in May. All of the new selections reflect the restaurant’s approach to eating well from locally-sourced ingredients.

The Timber Dining Room, the on-site restaurant at Lied Lodge, serves local, sustainable food under soaring timbers and alongside sweeping views of Arbor Day Farm. The menu reflects what’s fresh for the season, bringing the best fruits and vegetables from the field to your table. The Timber Dining Room is open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as Sunday brunch. To reserve a table, please call (402) 873-8740.
