For the sixth consecutive year, Lied Lodge & Conference Center in Nebraska City, Nebraska has received the “Best of the Midwest” award from Meetings Focus Magazine.

Each year, Meetings Focus polls its users – made up of planners who hold events around the world – to determine the best hotels and resorts for meetings and events in North America. The properties are judged on the following criteria: quality of meeting space; guest rooms; services and amenities; food and beverage; tech and bandwidth support; recreational facilities/activities; helpfulness of staff; and overall value and experience.

Owned and operated by the non-profit Arbor Day Foundation, Lied Lodge & Conference Center (www.liedlodge.org) was built in 1993 on 260-acre Arbor Day Farm, a National Historic Landmark in Nebraska City, Nebraska. With 144 guest rooms, 14,000 square feet of adjustable meeting space, an on-site restaurant, spa, pool, and biofuel demonstration plant, Lied Lodge is a conservation-focused venue for meetings, retreats, weddings, and leisure visitors from around the globe.
