KinderCare Celebrates Grand Opening of New Learning Center in Omaha

KinderCare Education (www.kc-education.com) celebrated the grand opening of its new center in Omaha, NE on April 29. The event brought together local families, KinderCare executives and city officials for the introduction of the new center at 520 North 152nd Avenue Circle, and included fun activities, giveaways and refreshments.

For the big reveal moment, children in attendance flipped a larger-than-life-sized light switch, illuminating the stage and marking the official opening of the new learning center. KinderCare’s Regional Vice President, Cheslee Escobedo, and Councilmember Aimee Melton gave opening remarks regarding the impact of the learning center in Omaha. Then everyone had the opportunity to play on the new equipment, take pictures in the rocket ship photo booth, color in a large mural, create chalk art, read in the Book Nook, receive (temporary) tattoos, and there was also a friendly appearance from Clifford the Big Red Dog.

The new center is the fourth location in the Omaha area as KinderCare continues to grow, attracting local families with their unique approach to childcare. It will serve as another step forward to improving the lives of children and families in Omaha, and across the nation.

Dedicated to creating a world of learning, joy and adventure, KinderCare’s purposeful, accredited curriculum helps kids develop language and literacy skills, social and emotional development, cognitive development, creative expression, and other important tools to help create brighter futures.
