St. Louis-based general contractor Integrate Construction Partners (Integrate) (Integratecp.com) has completed construction on a new $10 million Insurance Auto Auctions (IAA) complex in Greenwood.
IAA is a leading global digital marketplace connecting vehicle buyers and sellers. Leveraging leading-edge technology and focusing on innovation, IAA’s unique platform facilitates the marketing and sale of total-loss, damaged and low-value vehicles.
Plans for the site included construction of a covered Vehicle Inspection Center (VIC) building and dedicated offices for insurance clients, in addition to covered motorcycle storage and indoor high line storage. The three-building complex also includes paved load-out roads, drive aisles and drop-off/check-in areas and parking lots.
Integrate partnered with Lawrence Group architects, excavation contractor Gana Trucking & Excavating, and cement stabilization and asphalt contractor Byrne and Jones Construction on the project, which required nearly 200,000 cubic yards of earthwork and over 60,000 tons of imported stone aggregate, plus 25,000 square yards of asphalt for the planned parking lots.
Integrate was able to offer over $1 million in cost saving ideas to the owner at the start of the project, along with an aggressive nine-month schedule, working through the winter, to provide unparalleled value to IAA. The project was completed in September 2024.
