In the spirit of the ICAN mission to inspire business leaders to transform the organizations they serve, the 22nd Annual ICAN Women’s Leadership Conference will offer more than 2,000 business women and men a day to create their own definition of leadership. Presenting the theme Re[defyne] Leadership, the keynote speaker line-up features nationally recognized voices who are redefining leadership every day: Katty Kay, Lead Anchor, BBC World News America, and author of The Confidence Code; and Erik Wahl, entrepreneur, artist, philanthropist and author of Unthink. Break-out speakers this year will offer their expertise on a myriad of topics, from agile development and leadership to taking charge of your own career path to negotiating with confidence. The exhibitor booths will be present again this year, featuring local businesses, entrepreneurs and non-profits.
