Hillcrest Health Services broke ground on The Grand Lodge at Hillcrest Country Estates in June. The Grand Lodge completes the final phase of the 44-acre Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) and will include 101 independent living apartments, 60 assisted living and memory support apartments, and a 32,000-square-foot clubhouse. Creating more than 60 jobs for Sarpy County, The Grand Lodge is scheduled to open late 2014.
The Grand Lodge resort-style clubhouse will feature impressive amenities, ranging from a heated indoor saltwater pool and hot tub to a full-service salon and day spa. Other features include the following: a fitness center and exercise classroom; restaurant, bistro and pub; a performing arts center; movie theater; craft and hobby shops; library and club rooms; underground parking; and beautiful landscaping, courtyards and resident gardening areas.
The Hillcrest Country Estates campus, located at 60th Street and Highway 370 in Papillion, currently offers maintenance-free Signature Villas for those 55 and better, all-inclusive independent living apartments, and innovative household-model skilled nursing cottages.
