Gigi’s Cupcakes of West Omaha, located in Village Pointe South at 16811 Burke Street Suite 115, is proud to celebrate one year in the Omaha community! To celebrate this memorable year, Gigi’s of West Omaha hosted an Anniversary and Fall Menu Tasting Party on September 28. Attendees were given the opportunity to sample the four newly-launched fall seasonal flavors: Pumpkin White Chocolate featuring pumpkin cake, white chocolate chips and cream cheese frosting; Apple Pie, delicious apple cake with apple pie filling and cinnamon cream cheese frosting; Bananas Foster, flavorful bananas foster cake topped with spiced rum cream cheese frosting; and German Chocolate, decadent German chocolate cake with pecan and coconut filling, topped with German chocolate cream cheese frosting.
Gigi’s of West Omaha owners Grant and SuZanne Rogers are also passionate about being an active part of the Omaha community. In addition to donating unsold cupcakes to fire departments, hospitals and community organizations, the shop has activated numerous local initiatives including school fundraising opportunities, a rewards-for-reading program that offers students a free cupcake for every 10 books read, and cupcake donations to teacher birthdays. The Rogers family and their friendly staff are excited to continue to offer Gigi’s delicious, signature swirl cupcakes baked fresh, on location, each morning for years to come.
