The awards are presented annually by Home Care Pulse, a third-party research and quality assurance home care satisfaction measurement firm. FirstLight Home Care of Omaha earned a Provider of Choice Award, which recognizes home care companies with performance that qualifies them as a Home Care Pulse Certified – Trusted Partner for at least six consecutive months, and that rank in the top 50th percentile in two or more client satisfaction categories.
