This innovative program is designed to provide structured, compassionate support for adolescents navigating mental health and substance use challenges.
The Adolescent IOP combines group therapy, individual sessions, and family support to help teens develop coping skills, strengthen relationships, and move toward lasting recovery. The program is rooted in evidence-based practices and delivered with Ellie Mental Health’s signature approach of creativity, authenticity, and compassion, creating a safe space where adolescents feel heard, understood, and supported.
Participants may join the program at any time during ongoing sessions, providing flexibility for families seeking immediate care. The program aims to make quality mental health support accessible, addressing the unique needs of adolescents while engaging families in the healing process.
