From October 25 to December 6, Do Space (www.dospace.org) will be presenting an online course called Exel-erate. The course will be held every Tuesday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Excel-erate is a six-week online course for anyone interested in gaining the skills necessary to create spreadsheets in Excel following current professional standards. The program is completely free to the public and open to anyone. All you have to do is go to dospace.org/programs/excel-erate to apply.

Excel-erate will introduce the basic features of Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet concepts to design and create accurate, professional worksheets for use in business, industry, and academic environments. After completion of the bootcamp, participants will have acquired Excel skills ranging from beginner to advanced levels. These skills include, but are not limited to, execution of common functions, maintaining a large data set in a list or a table, and an introduction into dynamic formulas and reports such as VLOOKUP and PivotTable. All sessions of Excel-erate will be online via Zoom. You will need a computer, internet access, and Microsoft Excel 2016 or newer to attend.
