The first-ever Omaha Parade of Apartment Homes will be from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on April 11-12. This event is designed to simplify the apartment hunting process and make it more enjoyable. In just two days, attendees can visit any of the six participating communities for this open house extravaganza.
Organized tours will be conducted every 30 minutes at each property, allowing participants to easily see multiple communities in a short amount of time. Local restaurants and vendors will provide free food at each location, and prizes and special move-in discounts will be available. The more properties people visit, the more entries they receive into the raffle prize drawing. The drawing includes more than $1,000 in prizes, including a cash grand prize from Commercial Investment Properties (CIP).
