Business Ethics Alliance Fall Network Virtual Luncheon Addresses Caring for Employees

The Business Ethics Alliance (businessethicsalliance.org) announced that their Fall Ethics Network (virtual) Luncheon will feature the Greater Omaha Worklab (GrOW) and address how the organization can help companies care for the “whole employee.” On tap for November 10, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., speakers will demonstrate how this one program helps vulnerable employees thrive in the workplace through on-site personal coaching and resource navigation.

GrOW is a program within the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce and is part of a novel endeavor to help employers across the country collaborate with their local communities to invest in their workforces, resulting in stronger businesses and inclusive economic growth. During the virtual luncheon, business leaders who have partnered with GrOW will talk about the importance of realizing that employees’ personal lives don’t stop when they come to work and how this program can ethically help employees clear outside-of-workplace barriers and result in more engaged and productive team members.

The Business Ethics Alliance builds leadership, strengthens organizations, and elevates Greater Omaha through positive, practical business-ethics education. They do this via signature events throughout the year for the community and via workshops and training aids that can be tailored and delivered directly to your organization, in-person or virtually.
