Apartment Association of Nebraska Opens New Development Center
The Apartment Association of Nebraska (www.aaneb.org) and Nebraska Maintenance Academy hosted a ribbon cutting on August 27 for the grand opening of their new development facility in Omaha located on 120th and Center in Westwood Plaza. The new center features two large classrooms and large maintenance education warehouse for optimal in-classroom and hands-on training for those in the real estate and multifamily housing industry from on-site maintenance to corporate-level positions.
The mission of the Apartment Association of Nebraska (AAN) is to support, inform, and connect the multi-family housing industry through education, legislation, and professional networking. The AAN Nebraska Maintenance Training Academy (NMA) is a tuitionfree vocational training program created to assist the multi-family rental industry in filling essential maintenance roles within the state of Nebraska.
