The Metro Omaha Builders Association (MOBA) (moba.com), in partnership with Build Omaha, is proud to present the 2026 Fall Parade of Homes, a free event showcasing new home construction throughout the Omaha metro area.
The Fall Parade of Homes will take place October 17–18 and October 24–25, 2026. Attendees will have the opportunity to tour newly built homes featuring innovative layouts, modern finishes, timeless craftsmanship and the latest trends in home design and construction.
The 2026 Fall Parade of Homes will feature a diverse collection of homes in a variety of styles and price ranges. New this year, Parade attendees will have the opportunity to vote in multiple award categories, recognizing standout homes, designs and craftsmanship throughout the event.
Whether searching for a new home, planning a future build or simply looking for design inspiration, the Fall Parade of Homes provides an opportunity to explore the work of builders throughout the Omaha metro area and experience the latest in new home construction firsthand.
The Fall Parade of Homes is free and open to the public. Attendees can tour homes at their own pace, gather ideas and discover the quality and craftsmanship represented throughout Omaha’s homebuilding community.
