Brookestone Meadows (brookestonemeadows.com) is proud to announce it has received a deficiency-free survey result from the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services.
Once a year, surveyors arrive at facilities unannounced. Over several days, they interview team members, observe care and procedures and check records for compliance to regulations on care, confidentiality, cleanliness, residents’ rights and quality of services. A deficiency-free “perfect score” shows services at Brookestone Meadows meet or exceed all state and federal standards.
The surveys, and the subsequent ratings, help prospective and current residents, their families and health care practitioners to make informed choices about the quality of a long-term care facility.
