October marks the one-year anniversary of Physicians Mutual’s new Omaha Division Office located in Aksarben Village. Over the past year, the location provided the office with new opportunities to connect with customers and the “Village” community.
“Our new location at Aksarben Village has given us a greater presence within the community,” said Mike Story, Physicians Mutual Sales Manager. “The feedback from our customers has been positive and the office provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere with many shops and services and conveniently located at Aksarben Village.
In addition, participation in the Aksarben Village Farmer’s Market and upcoming Holiday Market gives our agents the opportunity to interact and connect with people in the community in a way not possible before. This connection also makes it easier to recruit and retain new agents.
