The Empowerment Network (empoweromaha.com) is a nonprofit organization committed to advancing economic, social and civic progress within Omaha’s African American community, North Omaha residents and citizens of all races and cultures living in poverty within the Greater Omaha area.
Initially designed and launched by African Americans and North Omaha residents, the Empowerment Network Collaboration now includes people of all races across the city, county, region and nation. Over 500 organizations and thousands of individuals have participated.

The Metro Omaha Builders Association (MOBA) (moba.com) was chartered in 1946 and is a not-for-profit organization that was established to promote and protect various aspects of the home building industry. MOBA is an organization of individuals and firms involved in residential and light commercial building and development and related industries. The organization is also known for the Outdoor Living Tour, Spring and Fall Parade of Homes and Street of Dreams.
