Nebraska Logistics Council Awards Scholarships

The Nebraska Logistics Council (www.nebraskalogisticscouncil.org) awarded three $500 scholarships at their annual fundraiser on August 24. Recipients included:

Jarrett Klein, a senior at Millard West High School and is enrolled in the Business Logistics Management Academy. He is completing a summer internship with Werner Enterprises and his volunteer work includes the Food Bank for Millard Horizon High School, Bow Hunters of Nebraska, and Heartland Equine Therapeutic Riding Academy. He is the son of Michelle and Keith Klein.

Lauren Kohl, a 2018 graduate of Millard North High School and attended the Millard Business and Logistics Career Academy. She has received her certified logistics technician and certified logistics associate from the Manufacturing Standard Skills Council Organization. She is employed with Sketchers and Legacy Homes and has volunteered with Heartland Hope. She is the daughter of Christine and Brian Kohl.

Cameron Isenberger, a 2018 graduate of Millard South High School and attended the Millard Business and Logistics Management Career Academy. He has received his certified logistics technician and certified logistics associate from the Manufacturing Standard Skills Council Organization. Cameron currently works for Complete Call Solutions and has volunteered at Special Olympics District Track Meet and Special Friends’ Prom. He is the son of Steph and Jeff Isenberger.
