Shayne Fili is the President and Owner of Auction Solutions Inc. She began this operation as an auctioneer, and called all the bids herself. Within two years Shayne attended Certified Appraisers Guild of America certification courses, and became a CAGA Appraiser.

Beginning an auction company is complicated. After 3 years of business she was qualified to attend Certified Auctioneer Institute classes held in Bloomington Indiana at the University of Indiana. These classes are taught by the best Auctioneers in the industry. Shayne attained her CAI certification in March of 2003. This is the highest designation awarded an Auctioneer. Shayne obtained her Real Estate Salesperson license in 2003, and became the Real Estate Broker in 2006. In 2009 Shayne attended Benefit Auctioneer Specialist training and attained her BAS certification.

Auction Solutions Inc. is the area’s First Choice for Auctions and Appraisals. The Company focuses on all types of auctions and also conducts Personal Property Appraisals. Auction Solutions Inc opened their doors in November 1999 as Auction Solutions LLC, becoming a sub S Corporation July of 2009. Auction Solutions Inc is an SBA certified Woman Owned Small Business and a Tier II Emerging Small Business with the City of Omaha.

Auction Solutions Inc. primary business is Real Estate and Personal Property Auctions, including but not limited to Estates, Collections, Collector Vehicles, Guns and Ammo, Tools, Delinquent Storage, Acreages and Acreage Equipment, Farm and Ranch Equipment, Business Liquidations, Machine Shop Liquidation, Restaurant and Bar Auctions. Auction Solutions Inc employs many excellent contract auctioneers for their specialty knowledge to fit the needs of our clients. Shayne is the Real Estate Broker for Auction Solutions, and has recently fine-tuned her NE real estate commission approved continuing education class called Real Estate Auctions #0186.
