NBDC’s Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) is a non-profit organization offering free counseling services to businesses in Nebraska wishing to compete and win contracts with the government, and nominal fee-based services for locating daily bidding opportunities.  They offer numerous seminars and events to help educate those who attend and provide networking opportunities.
