With more than 500 hotspots, Cox High Speed Internet customers with the Preferred tier or higher and Cox Business customers with CBI 25 or higher have access to Wi-Fi service across the city – at no extra charge. Business customers establish their log-in through their ‘MyAccount’ portal.
Cox customers have Internet access via the hotspots on their smartphones, devices and laptops without depleting mobile data plans. In addition, Cox customers also have access when they travel to the nation’s largest Wi-Fi network of more than 250,000 hotspots. Cox Wi-Fi is made possible by a partnership with Time Warner Cable, Comcast and Brighthouse Networks.

Cox Business Internet Gateway and Guest Wi-Fi service is a high-performance gateway that combines a cable modem, router and wireless access point in a single device. It provides a cost-effective networking solution for small to medium-sized businesses.
Cox Business customers can access their Cox Business Internet wirelessly anywhere inside their company walls using our dual band Wi-Fi router which is 802.11ac, the fastest Wi-Fi speed available today.
An optional dedicated Guest Wi-Fi network also can be added through the use of a second gateway device. This includes dedicated bandwidth for patrons and guests, so as not to interfere with business employee Internet usage.
