How long has your company been in Omaha?

Concentric Corporation was founded in 2004, which means we have been “connecting excellence” for the past 15 years!

What do you think makes you different from other companies similar to yours?

Concentric Corporation is different because of the people we hire! On top of hiring well, we promote a family-first policy, regular trainings and celebrations, and an encouraging work environment. This is how our great employees become their BEST!

What do you like about doing business in Omaha?

Concentric Corporation enjoys the teamwork between our clients and candidates. Having that communication between one another is how each person’s needs are met and how each person succeeds. Collaboration, integrity, and honesty—it’s what the Midwest is all about.

What community organizations are you involved with?

Concentric Corporation associates with the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Omaha, Open Door Mission, and Susan G. Komen for the Cure.

What changes have you seen in the industry and your company in the past few years?

It seems that recruiting has taken a transactional, online approach and we go the other way. We take a relational approach. This is why we have continued to stand out among our peers, focusing on the person and the relationship.

What do you see happening with the business in the next five years?

Our relationship-based business model is where our industry is headed. The transactional state of mind is in the past, society needs a more personal approach. Our approach always has been, and always will be, relational.

What is one of the biggest challenges that your company has faced?

Starting relationships are harder than ever with how recruiting is perceived today. Luckily, our ‘old school’ values have kept us ahead of the curve through the changes in technology, social media, and our society.

What has been your most important achievement as a business?

When we see the results of each person we help. There is no better feeling then knowing you had a positive impact on someone’s livelihood.

What was the biggest turning point in your business?

Realizing early on that to help others succeed we need to fully understand the motives of the person sitting across from us. We put ourselves in their shoes to relate to them on a personal level.
