The Wedding Barn (theweddingbarn402.com) is a brand new event venue offering a beautiful and intimate location for wedding ceremonies and receptions, rehearsal dinners, showers, business or personal gatherings, and other events. Once used as a farm barn that held livestock and equipment, Owner Kelly Jensen and Event Coordinator Tammy Helzer are proud to have repurposed the quaint barn into a gorgeous venue that offers the country atmosphere and serene, quiet setting that so many local dwellers desire.

To emphasize their mission statement of “creating unforgettable memories”, The Wedding Barn offers packages that include limousine service, on-site photography, DJ service, and two-day rental. They’re now taking reservations for the 2023 wedding season beginning April 1 through August 31.

Q: What do you think makes you different from other venues similar to yours?
A: We cater to the more intimate, smaller-scale wedding. We aim to make it more affordable for the budget-minded couple.

A: Creating unforgettable memories and making each couple’s day as easy and special as possible!

Q: What do you see happening with The Wedding Barn in the next five years?
A: We see it grabbing more interest with people looking for more intimate, unique venues like ours. Some of the attractive qualities we offer include our country location, where it’s more private and peaceful, but with the benefit of paved roads all the way to the venue; as well as the conservative price range and convenient package options.

Q: What has been the biggest turning point for The Wedding Barn?
A: Getting to where we are today – where the construction is finished and The Wedding Barn is ready to host memorable weddings and unforgettable events.
