After co-founding another networking organization with three of his friends, Travis Saint felt like there was something missing: coaching.  He knew that Mark Wehner, owner of REEsults Coaching, was already interested in forming a networking division of his coaching business, so he figured it was a natural fit to approach him.  They joined forces and created REEsults Networking, which is a combination of networking and coaching.

What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced professionally?
Trying to balance my time personally and professionally after my daughter was born. It was very difficult to focus on work.

What has been your most important achievement professionally?
Someone who once worked for me shared his goals with me. I made it a priority to help him develop himself by creating habits that got him where he is today. Not only did he achieve his goals, but he surpassed them. I think that anytime you can help someone get where they want to be, it’s a pretty big achievement.

Tell us a little about your family.
I have a very beautiful wife, Becky, and a daughter named Gia. Nothing comes before my family.

What do you see as one of the biggest turning points in your life?
It’s a toss-up. Either the day my daughter was born, or the day my mother lost her fight with cancer.

What is your favorite thing to do on a day off?
Spending time with my family. If they aren’t around, cycling.

What is the most unique or interesting thing about you that most people probably don’t know?
I used to be a competitive cyclist.

What are you the most proud of?
My wife and daughter.  Marrying Becky was the best thing I’ve ever done.

What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
I’ve had lots of great advice but not too long ago I was working a job that I hated and loved. It was not good for my family life. My friend Brett told me to think about whether or not I would show up and do my job everyday if it wasn’t for the paycheck. A couple of weeks later I turned in my notice. That was a big turning point for me. Thanks Brett!
