In 1989, Todd Carnes was introduced to Curt Peters, who was the sole owner of Integrated Solutions at the time. The rest, as they say, is history and Todd has been with Integrated Solutions ever since and is now their Director of Business Development. Integrated Solutions is a business that provides technical solutions and service to small and mid-sized businesses. They provide their customers with expertise in Network Security, LAN/WAN configurations, custom software development, programming, web hosting and hardware/software system support. Integrated Solutions was founded in 1990 and has grown substantially due to the importance they place on customer satisfaction. They understand your computer systems and strive to be an integral part of their clients’ daily business activities.
What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced professionally? – Not having enough time in the day.
What has been your most important achievement professionally? – Being a part of a business that has been growing for 21 years.
Tell us a little about your family. – I have a beautiful wife, Angela, and an adorable five year old son, Cole.
What do you see as one of the biggest turning points in your life? – The birth of my son.
What is your favorite thing to do on a day off? – Start a fire in my fire pit and put the chain saw to work.
What is the most unique or interesting thing about you that most people probably don’t know? – I am the 12th direct descendent of Thomas Kesterson, who came to America in 1662 as an indentured servant.
What are you the most proud of? – The birth of my son.
What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever received? – Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
What is the one goal you would most like to accomplish? – Give my son a big hug on his 30th birthday.
If you could have a super power, what would it be? – Fly
How would your friends describe you? – Friendly and caring, witty, energetic and mild mannered.
What are your plans after retirement? – Spend time with my family.
What is your greatest talent that you don’t utilize in your daily work life? – Singing

If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be? – My age, so I could spend more time with my wife and son.
