After graduating from UNL, Stacy Leners spent the first part of her professional career in marketing and sales for both the professional service and technology industries.  She had always wanted to start her own business but was never sure what that business would entail.  She finished her masters degree in Leadership Development and thought about changing career paths.  However, after grad school, Blur Parties (which had organically grown out of the passion she and her fiancé had for entertaining and creating memories during Husker home games) started to blossom.  Blur has now grown into a sports event production company working on various projects around the country.

Tell me a little about your family.
My fiancé, Eric, and I have been together for 14 years and were both born and raised in Lincoln.  We have two little Pekingese, which we like to spend time with when we can.

What is your favorite thing to do on a day off?

Creating a strong business and starting a family in Lincoln.
