After graduating from college, Sherry Bowman did an internship at a local staffing company and decided she wanted to focus her career in HR.  She felt the staffing industry would be a great opportunity to learn the many aspects of HR while on the job and ten years later, she sees the best of both worlds with her ability to serve both clients’ and candidates’ best interests.  Sherry is now with Oasis Staffing, which has been serving clients in and around the Omaha metro area since 2008.  Their niche is the flexibility to custom tailor their hiring process to match that of the clients.
