Tell us a little about your business. – BigIron Realty specializes in real estate sales, including farmland, ranches, commercial and residential properties. Our unique selling point is our expertise in conducting real estate auctions online.

How did you get started in the business? – My dad is also a Real Estate Agent with BigIron and helped me realize the value of the opportunity to work with them.

What has been your most important achievement professionally? – Passing the test for my real estate license on the first try. Not to brag, but only 43% will pass on their first try.

Tell us a little about your family. – I grew up on a family ranch with my mom, dad and older brother. My mom is the owner of Strictly Business and my dad is the one that helped me get started in BigIron.

What do you see as one of the biggest turning points in your life? – Getting my real estate license. It has always been the goal to have my own business someday and this was the first step.

What is your favorite thing to do on a day off? – You can find me either working on cars or at my dirt bike track in my backyard with my 110cc.

What is the most unique or interesting thing about you that most people probably don’t know? – I am pretty handy with cars.

Who inspires you? – Multiple people in my family inspire me throughout my daily life. My grandpa and dad stand out because of their work ethic, and my grandma because of her wisdom.

What is your favorite quote or the best piece of advice you’ve ever received? – There are two kinds of remorse: bidders remorse that goes away and co-bidders remorse that doesn’t go away; 10 years down the road you’ll say “I wish I bought that farm.”

If you could choose only one descriptive word to be remembered as, what would it be? – Funny or caring.

If you could have a super power, what would it be? – Super speed so I can go through work faster and get much more done in a day.

What is your greatest talent that you don’t utilize in your daily work life? – Management skills.

Which talent would you most like to have? – Public speaking.

If you could choose any other profession to be successful in, what would it be? – Having my own Performance or “Hot Rod” Car Shop.

What local nonprofit organization are you passionate about or involved with, and are there any special reasons why? – My church, Christ Place. A few months ago I went on a mission trip to help LPS Schools.

What is your favorite book or the last good book you read? – I can’t just pick one so How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie and See You at the Top by Zig Ziglar.
