Tell us a little about your business. – Dynasty Enterprises Omaha is the umbrella for several businesses I’ve built across industries I’m passionate about. It includes S-Panels Omaha (spanelomaha.com), Dynasty Concrete LLC (dcconcreteomaha.com), Dynasty Development LLC, Dynasty Combat Sports (facebook.com/DynastyCombatSports), and DC Hauling. While each company serves a different purpose, they all share the same foundation: creating opportunities, building relationships, solving problems, and making an impact in Omaha.

How did you get started in business? – I became an entrepreneur at a young age and have spent most of my life building businesses and learning through experience. Construction became the foundation, but over time I realized entrepreneurship didn’t have to mean doing just one thing. Each company under Dynasty Enterprises came from seeing an opportunity, identifying a need, and having the willingness to take a chance on building something.

What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced professionally? – Getting people to change their mindset and be open to doing things differently. Whether it’s construction, development, or business in general, sometimes the biggest obstacle isn’t the idea. It’s getting people comfortable enough to believe in something they haven’t seen before

What has been your most important achievement professionally? – One of my proudest accomplishments has been working with the UNL architecture program on homes designed around aging in place, sustainability, and energy efficiency, and then watching those ideas become actual homes. Seeing something go from a conversation and a drawing to something people can live in reminded me why I do this.

Tell us a little about your family. – I’m a proud father of four amazing children, two boys and two girls, ranging in age from 29 down to 2. I have an amazing wife, Sarah, and two beautiful grandchildren. Family is ultimately the reason behind everything I’m trying to build.

What do you see as one of the biggest turning points in your life? – Realizing I could take everything I’ve learned, including the successes and the mistakes, and use it to build something bigger than myself. I want Dynasty to represent more than businesses. I want it to create jobs, opportunities, second chances, and a path for younger people who may need someone to believe in them.

What is your favorite thing to do on a day off? – Ride my motorcycle.

What is something most people probably don’t know about you? – I’m a true crime nerd, and I love to read.

Who inspires you? – My family inspires my legacy. People like Trevon Brooks, and Mayor John Ewing inspire my ambition. But people who need an opportunity inspire my purpose.

If you could have a superpower? – The ability to cure the incurable.

Greatest talent you don’t fully utilize in your daily work? – My ability to connect with people and infl uence them through my own experiences.

Local nonprofi ts you’re passionate about? – Omaha 100 because of its dedication to helping entrepreneurs and local businesses succeed; Partners for Livable Omaha for its work supporting aging populations through sustainable, energy-effi cient housing; and Spark for helping emerging developers succeed and supporting affordable housing in communities that need it most.
