Brian Pederson recently joined Physicians Mutual as an Assistant Division Manager. Brian started his insurance career in August of 2001 working with both the senior market and the worksite marketplace.
The Great Plains Division Sales Office is located in Aksarben Village at 6464 Center St, Suite 210 and services the Nebraska, Iowa and South Dakota areas. Tell us a little about your family. – I have been married for 17 years to Michelle. We have three boys – Tyler 16, Jacob 10, Nathan 9 – and my daughter Chelsea 20.
What do you see as one of the biggest turning points in your life? – Getting married to my wife Michelle and starting my career with Physicians Mutual.
What is your favorite thing to do on a day off? – Work out and spend time with my family.
What is the most unique or interesting thing about you that most people probably don’t know? – I served in the US Air Force and was involved in the first Gulf War in 1991.
What are you the most proud of? – I’m proud of my children and their accomplishments.
What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever received. – Be enthusiastic in whatever I do, that way I know I will be giving it my all.
What is the one goal you would most like to accomplish? – Put each one of my children through college.
If you could have a super power, what would it be? – To fly.
Which talent would you most like to have? – Read and speak fluent Spanish.
What is your favorite book or the last good book you read? – John Maxwell – 21 Irrefutable Laws of leadership.
What is your favorite movie? – The Program and Rudy.
