Tell us a little about your business in your own words. – We are a Managed Service Provider based in Omaha. We have been here for 30 plus years, focusing on providing and supporting technology for small and medium businesses. We help folks with digital transformation and make sure that technology isn’t overwhelming and is used to help their business rather than hinder it.
How did you get started in the business? – I started with Integrated at the beginning of 2025. The team at Integrated MSP (IMSP.com) has so much experience, so I was honored to be asked to join.
What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced professionally? – Guiding businesses through the changes of the IT industry. Cybersecurity threats are evolving daily, cloud platforms are constantly updated, and automation is reshaping how IT services are delivered. Staying ahead of these shifts and guiding businesses through them is an ongoing responsibility.
Tell us a little about your family. – I have two incredibly smart teenage daughters, and I have been married to my wife for 17 years.
What do you see as one of the biggest turning points in your life? – Without a doubt, the largest moment of my life was moving from my home state of Texas to a small town in Quebec, Canada. My wife is originally from Quebec, and when we were expecting our first child, she wanted to be close to her family. It was a no brainer for me to do what was best for our family at the time.
What is your favorite thing to do on a day off? – I spend seven months a year in an arena watching or coaching hockey. One of my daughters plays for a local women’s team and I have been coaching the team for the last 3 years.
Who inspires you? – My father in law. Prior to his passing he lead a fairly minimalist life, treated everyone with respect and never let the little things bother him. He was a great father, husband and business leader. He fought a rare form of cancer for four years and you never heard him complain about it once. I aspire to be the kind of man he was.
What is your favorite quote or the best piece of advice you’ve ever received? – This might be a little cheesy, but I love the show Ted Lasso and have learned a lot about leadership from it. One of my favorite quotes “Focus on the strengths of your team and help them grow by providing encouragement and support. When you empower others to succeed, you create a positive environment where everyone can thrive.”
What is your greatest talent that you don’t utilize in your daily work life? – Playing the drums or guitar.
What local nonprofit organization(s) are you passionate about or involved with, and are there any special reasons why? – Living in Quebec, I have done a lot of work with a child cancer foundation called Leucan. They support the children and families of sick children. I have had some close friends battle through this many times.
What is your favorite movie? – This is such an easy question. Forest Gump. No questions asked.
If you could have dinner with one famous person from the past or present, who would it be? – The greatest country music singer out of Texas, Willie Nelson.
