With their promotions, Dan and Liz will serve on UNICO’s Leadership Team, which provides operational and department oversight and ensures company initiatives and goals are executed.

In his new position, Dan will serve as a sales leader and lead the development and growth of a group of advisors. In addition, he will continue serving in his role as risk consultant to his clients. Dan has over 20 years of insurance experience working for a large national insurance company, and joined UNICO Group in 2016. Dan’s previous experience managing a team and extensive insurance experience provides him with a unique perspective for leading and managing UNICO’s advisor team.

In her new position, Liz will manage the company’s strategic planning ventures, various high-level initiatives, and will continue supporting the marketing team with event planning and copy writing. Liz joined UNICO Group in 2016, with previous experience in retail banking and marketing. She grew up in Lincoln and received her bachelor’s degree from Nebraska Wesleyan in business administration with an emphasis in marketing and communication.
