The Business Ethics Alliance (www.businessethicsalliance.org) is excited to announce the selection of their new Executive Director, Dr. AnnMarie Marlier. Her first day on the job was March 27.
Dr. Marlier joined The Business Ethics Alliance team in December of 2022 as the vice president of leadership development. In February of 2023, she was named interim executive director and after a full search process, was named as the next executive director. Dr. Marlier brings a wealth of leadership, education and nonprofit organization experience to her role and to the Alliance having served as an academic dean and faculty member, a workforce development trainer and an independent education consultant. She has been in the Omaha area since 2014 and was named to the Leadership Nebraska Class IX in 2015. When not working in higher education or for nonprofit agencies, Dr. Marlier worked for the Disney Stores as an assistant store manager, and owned one small business as well as partnered in another. AnnMarie says that she intends to honor the legacy of the work done by The Business Ethics Alliance by continuing Signature Programs as well as by collaborating with the community to bring new venues for ethics education.
