The Brant Senior Living to Open in Fall of 2022, Introduces Incentive Program
The Brant Senior Living (www.thebrant.com) is excited to announce that they will open in the fall of 2022. The senior community has been thoughtfully developed to provide residents with the freedom to live well in independent living, assisted living, and memory care settings. Located at 6991 South 178th Plaza in Gretna, the community is close to many shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The stylish building offers multiple spacious floor plan options with a special focus on comfort and independence. The apartments’ luxurious designs feature plush carpets, in-unit washers and dryers, oversized windows, stainless steel appliances, nine-foot ceilings, expansive kitchen islands, beautiful granite countertops, and much more.
To celebrate the announcement, the community also revealed a special incentive program for new residents. The Brant Settlers Program offers special gifts and incentives to the first 10 residents to make a deposit, including paid moving expenses and community fees, free meals for guests, membership in a Book of the Month Club, and a monthly luncheon with the executive director.
The Brant Senior Living will be a 138-home community. It will have 74 independent living units, 44 assisted living units, and 20 memory care units for residents who are living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
