Support nonprofit Alzheimer’s Association at an 80s Retro themed event at Skate Ribbon in Heartland of America Park, located at Riverfront South 8th and Farnam Street. Skate 4 Alz entry will be 20 dollars per person and includes free parking and skate rentals! Children four and younger will have free entry.
June 11 from 4 to 7 p.m., rain or shine, join The Brant at Gretna (alz.org/walk), The Brant at Papillion, Home Instead and Inspired Caring to support Alzheimer’s Association by skating circles around Skate Ribbon’s arena. The sponsors are excited to see everyone dressed in their best 80s Retro themed outfits.
Free parking is available at the 9th and Farnam Parking Garage, adjacent to Skate Ribbon in Riverfront Park downtown. Event-goers can pull into the parking garage, park and find the kiosk to follow on-screen directions to validate the parking. Use the following four-digit validation code: 0611.
