The Omaha based Seldin Company recently announced that construction is proceeding rapidly on the new 132-unit one, two, three bedroom apartment development, Montclair Village Apartments, on a “in-fill” site one block south of 129th and West Center Road, adjacent to the Southwest YMCA. The owners are the principals of Seldin Company which also will manage this new apartment complex.
McNeil Company’s design embraces Energy Star technology conservation standards to provide comfortable, high performance apartment homes, including, energy efficient windows, R-38 ceiling insulation, R-30 insulation between the floors, and dense insulated sound batts between each apartment for acoustical control.
Special emphasis was given by McNeil Company in purchasing building materials, supplies and equipment from local suppliers and distributors. American manufactured products have been specified to the maximum extent possible to provide jobs for Omaha and American workers.
