A graduate of the UNO Executive MBA program and former Maverick football student-athlete, Lowry brings extensive leadership, business development, and corporate growth experience to the role. As Director of Executive Recruitment & Employer Engagement, he will lead strategic recruitment efforts for the Executive MBA program while strengthening partnerships with employers throughout the Omaha metropolitan area and beyond.

“Shane’s professional accomplishments, combined with his firsthand experience as an EMBA graduate, make him uniquely qualified to help future leaders discover the value of the program,” said Dr. Tej Adidam, EMBA Faculty Director. “His ability to connect business leaders with opportunities for talent development and organizational growth will further strengthen UNO’s role as a partner to the region’s business community.”

Lowry joins a program that continues to earn national recognition. Through a rigorous curriculum, collaborative cohort model, and direct application of business concepts to real-world challenges, the program prepares leaders to drive innovation, strategic growth, and organizational success.

In his new role, Lowry will work closely with prospective students, alumni, and corporate partners to expand awareness of the program and create meaningful opportunities for workforce development. He will also engage organizations interested in executive education, employee sponsorship, leadership development initiatives, and customized business partnerships.

“As an EMBA alumnus, I’ve experienced firsthand the transformational impact the program can have on both individuals and organizations,” said Lowry. “I’m excited to connect with business leaders across the region and help develop the next generation of executives who will shape Omaha’s future.”
