Prior to joining the insurance industry, Cody gained great experience in roles in safety and sales. He was the director of safety at Nebraska Beef and a recruiter of healthcare professionals, where he achieved top producer status, received awards, and set records for new growth and client retention. Cody graduated from the University of Nebraska Omaha in 2017 with a degree in business and a focus in management. He thrives on learning and growing and looks forward to doing just that in his role at Universal.
