Union Bank & Trust recently welcomed Jim Barrett as Vice President—Commercial Real Estate to its Omaha office located at 177th & West Center. With over 15 years of industry experience, Barrett is responsible for commercial real estate lending and portfolio management. He was previously the Vice President of Commercial Real Estate at Mutual of Omaha Bank. Barrett earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with emphasis on Finance and Banking from the University of Nebraska—Omaha. He serves on the board of Omaha’s Commercial Real Estate Workshop and volunteers for Habitat for Humanity and various youth sports organizations.
