Lincoln Federal Savings Bank (lincolnfed.com) has appointed Trent Meyer as President, effective October 1. Meyer will also continue serving as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Meyer was appointed to the position by the Bank’s Board of Directors as part of its ongoing commitment to leadership development, succession planning and the long-term strength of the organization.
“Trent has been an important part of Lincoln Federal’s growth and success since joining us in 2021,” said Kyle Poppe, Chief Executive Officer of Lincoln Federal Savings Bank. “His leadership, professionalism and commitment to our customers, employees and communities have earned him the trust and respect of our Board and our organization.”
As President, Meyer will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Bank while continuing his responsibilities as CFO. He will work closely with senior management to advance strategic objectives, strengthen operations and continue delivering the relationship-focused service that Lincoln Federal Savings Bank has delivered for generations.
When asked about his leadership style and ethics, Trent hopes to emulate the leaders he has looked up to throughout his career; “These leaders consistently put others first, lead by example, and make a positive impact without seeking recognition. I’ve been fortunate to learn from many mentors, colleagues, and family members who embody those qualities. I owe much of who I am today to the support of my parents, whose guidance, values and work ethic helped shape both my personal and professional life.”
Trent Meyer can be reached at the Bank’s corporate office located at 8400 Maddox Drive. Lincoln Federal Savings Bank serves 9 communities throughout Nebraska with 13 locations statewide. For more information about Lincoln Federal Savings Bank, visit lincolnfed.com.
