Tobi Mathouser Named Goodwill Omaha President and Chief Operating Officer

Goodwill Omaha (goodwillomaha.org) recently promoted Tobi Mathouser to president and chief operating officer. Mathouser has worked for Goodwill Omaha since 2006, and most recently has held the position of director of mission advancement. For the past year and a half, she has attended Goodwill Industries International’s Executive Development Program, an award-winning program designed to mold experienced leaders within Goodwill organizations. 

Mathouser has entered her new position with a vision for growth. She sees ways Goodwill Omaha can expand their employment services and grow their programs so they can keep increasing the number of people they serve. She intends to enhance every area of Goodwill Omaha’s operations moving forward in an effort to continually improve.
