Tiffany Heithoff recently joined Craft LifeStyle Management (craftlifestylemgt.com) as director of client relations. Tiffany will assist in transitioning veterans, special needs adults, aging adults, and rehab patients into the correct level of care within a living environment or community and coordinate with all parties for the best fit financially, physically, and emotionally. She will also manage Companion Care clients and staff for those who remain in their homes.
Tiffany’s tremendous knowledge of community resources and years of experience in the industry enable her to navigate and ease the stress and chaos that transition often puts on clients and their families. She earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Nebraska in Kearney. Tiffany is also a mother of three and very active in her church and community.
