World Group Commercial Real Estate has added three new professional team members. Daniel Goaley and Gail Petersen are associate vice presidents. Both are experienced real estate licensees, providing clients with sales and leasing services. Karen Karm, CPM®, is a property manager.
Goaley has 16 years experience working in Omaha real estate most recently as a commercial real estate investment specialist at Marcus & Millichap. He was broker of record for the Nebraska office where he specialized in acquisitions, dispositions and analyzed value for all types of commercial real estate.
Petersen holds a bachelor degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, where he studied Real Estate & Land Use Economics. He comes to World Group after working for five years at another Omaha brokerage company, and he practices in all areas of commercial real estate.
Karm has 20 plus years experience supervising retail, office and industrial buildings. She has received the prestigious Certified Property Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
